I knew it when grad school began to end, it was the best times eva!
All went so smoothly; my defense went great, my grades were good, allnite parties, cute guys (haha), good family, good love…all in all, life was pretty awesome!!
But in the middle of that…I kept thinking to myself…it’s all too good to be true. Life is so smooth at that time, something is wrong….life is never so smooth.
Felt that the ongoing happiness would not last..
And today, now, at these times….my theory is proven right.
But then again, nothing lasts…nothing’s eternal….except ‘changes’ itself.
who am I kidding!
Shattered as it always been…
yet, I always seem to hold on
I thought that each time would be different
and truthfully, that’s what keep me standing…and kept me going
and forgetting about the haunting past…
but then again, I was wrong
it’s all the same…
Just hoping for the very best…
and let God do the rest.
